We're Katie and Ginevra, the women at the heart of Partout! We started this business because we believe in community and fellowship, and, in our experience, sharing a bottle of wine and a meal is the best way to stay connected to those around us. 

Before moving to Hilton Head, we owned and operated Sylvan Valley Lodge, a Bed and Breakfast, Winery, and Events Facility in North Georgia. In this small community of growers and vintners, we discovered a love of wine, the vineyards, and the people who make it all happen. There is something magical about finding boutique wineries with great stories and delicious wines.

In our tasting room, we realized that wine has a way of connecting people to the land where the grapes were grown, the people involved in the production, and the people with whom they share the experience. Yes, there is much science in winemaking, but too often, the facts presented by wine experts get in the way of the magic, and the connection is lost.

While we have the knowledge to stand with the experts, we choose to facilitate your discovery. Our goal is to make wine approachable and never intimidating. We want to bring wine to you both physically and experientially: everywhere.
